After the Interview
After the job interview review the questions in your head asked by the interviewer and how you responsed to them. Did any questions stump you? What could you have answered better? Ask yourself these questions after the interview, this will help you in future interviews.
You should also send a thank you letter to the interviewer within twenty-four hours. Most employers will tell you when you can expect to hear from them. If you do not hear by that date, you should give them a call. If they requests additional things from you such as an application, or references, send them as soon as you can.

Job Interview Follow Up
Another good thing to do after the interview is to make a phone call after about 5 days and be sure to let him or her know of your continued interest in the job (if they haven't called yet). This is also a good opportunity to ask if he or she needs anything or a clarification from you. If not available, leave a message so that they will know you tried to contact them.
