Job Interview Questions

Recently I had a job interview. Normally they are scheduled during regular working hours. So it’s typical to have to take an hour or two off from your current job to go to the interview.

You should always look your best when you show up for an interview. One problem, the company I currently work for is casual dress. If I show up in my suit and tell them I have to leave at 3:00, that’ll send a red flag. It’s very important that you don’t let your current employer know that you are looking for a new job.

So, what do you do? What I did was brought all of my clothes with, I left them in the car. I gave myself an extra half hour, I stopped at a gas station before the interview and changed. Probably looked a little weird to the people at the gas station, but oh well.

The trick is to look your best without tipping off your current employer. Be creative, you’ll find a place to change. Be like superman, find a phone booth.
