The Day of the Job Interview
The day of the interview is an important day. Make sure you are ready. The littlest things can make a job interview go bad.
Get up Early
- Make sure you give yourself plenty of extra time to get ready.
- Extra time in the morning can be relaxing.
Get ready
- Try to look your very best.
- Do not show up to a job interview in jeans and a tee-shirt for an office job.
- Do not wear a suit for a factory postion interview.
- Dress appropiatly for the postion.
Be early to the interview
- This is an impotant thing. Showing up late just makes a bad impression from the start.
- Make sure to give yourself ample time to get to the interview.
- Get to the interview at least 10 minutes early.
- It’s better you wait then them.
Be Prepared
- Make sure you know where the company is located
- Make sure you have all of the information such as interviewer’s name, address, etc.
- Have your resume or application memorized.
- Go over some interview questions in your head while you’re waiting.
Remember, a job interview is where you make your first impression. You want this to go as smooth as possible. If you follow these tips, your next interview could possibly get you that dream job.
