You should try and maintain good job interview etiquette. First impressions are big. This is something that can never be taken back or changed. Make sure your first impression is a good one from the begining.

So you decided that you are going to leave your current employer. You gave your notice and you get called into your manager’s office. They sit you down and tell you that they want you to stay and are willing to offer you more money or better benefits. What do you do now?

Always listen to what they are saying. Let them lay it all out on the line. Then you advise them that you will think about it and get back to them. Walk out thanking them for the offer and give a set time or date that you will answer.  read more »
