Work From Home Jobs

I had been working at an office for over 14 years. I got sucked into the office politics, I hated commuting, and I didn’t particularly care for most of the people I worked with. I had to wake up early, dress up, pack a lunch and pretend to be friendly all day long.

My father and both of my sisters work from home. My dad is an internet marketer, my sister is a realtor and my other sister writes for a scrapbooking magazine. I’ve always been jealous of their work at home jobs. I never thought I’d find one.  read more »

Craigslist Job RSS Feeds

I use Craigslist for all of my job searching lately. Craigslist has many categories of jobs I can search. They also supply my searches as RSS feeds. Which means I don’t have to check Craigslist everyday. The jobs get fed right into my email program Thunderbird. For instance, I anytime there is a job posted in web design, graphic design, blogging, I get notified.

There are a number of other RSS readers out there, you don’t have to use Thunderbird. I think even the new Microsoft products are including RSS capabilities.  read more »
