Job Interview Questions

You are now asked to come back for a second inteview. What more could they possible ask you that they didn’t in the first one?

Second interviews are a good sign that they are considering you for the job. Employers may have several potential employees come in for a first interview to weed out the bad canidates. They are looking for the right person and think you may qualify. This is the time to really impress them. Know your skills and abilities. this is a good time to brag. Make your self stand out from the others.

Most second interviews will be with your potential boss. They know who will work well in their company and who will not. Remember your manners and be polite. Don’t say or do anything to offend this person. Do what you can do make an impression. You ultimate goal is to get the job.

You will still want to do everything that you did with the first inteview. Such as be on time, be knowledgeable about yourself, etc… But have answers ready. They are going to get down and out about their questions. There is usually a few interviewees that they have nailed it down too and this could help them decide to take you or someone else.
