Accepting the Position

When accepting a job, keep in mind what is important to you and how to protect yourself. A lot of people lose site of what they want in a job, and are fueled by emotions. Step back and take an outsider’s look at the big picture.

Once you are offered the position, don’t accept it right away. It’s perfectly normal to ask for a day to work out the details. Make sure this is a great fit, it is your career.  read more »
