Another great resource for job searching isn’t in the newspaper. It’s not on the web. It’s not on Career Builder. It’s in the media. It’s in phone book. It’s in the community around you.

Confused? Don’t be. All you need to do is pay attention to the companies in your field. For instance, I’m looking for a web development job. So I scoured the web and found every twin cities web design firm and sent them my resume. I also included a cover letter asking if their company was hiring.  read more »
