Job Interview Questions

Richard Bolles wrote a great article titled Two-Minute Crash Course on Interviews over at JobDig.

The article covers: before you go on a job interview, during the job interview, and after the job interview.

From Jobdig:

“During the Job Interview:

• Always remember you are coming to the interview as a potential resource person for this employer, not as a job beggar.
• Keep in mind that the only purpose of a first interview is to be invited back for a second interview.
• Know what you want to ask about the place, and the job. Plan on doing 50% of the talking, and let the employer talk 50% of the time (or more).”
